This workshop supports a range of 3D process and materials such as metals and plastics

A vacuum former

This workshop supports a range of 3D process and materials such as metals and plastics. We have a large format laser cutter which is used for a range of materials such as fabrics for fashion students and MDF for Product Design students. We have welding facilities and resources for fine metals including brazing and enamelling. There are also specialist hand tools for areas such as Jewellery design.

Official workshop hours are: 9:30 to 12.30 and 13.30 to 16:30 (in practice technicians are often available outside of these times).
